A Recognition Built on Employee Feedback
What makes the Fortune 100 Best Companies To Work For® in Europe ranking unique is that it is driven primarily by employee voices.
The ranking is compiled by Great Place To Work® and Fortune using confidential feedback collected through the Trust Index™ survey. Organisations are evaluated on the consistency of the employee experience across all demographic groups, as well as the quality of their workplace culture and people practices.
This methodology ensures that recognition is not based on reputation alone, but on what employees experience every day.
Celebrating Belgium's Workplace Excellence
The strong Belgian representation in this year's European ranking is a testament to the growing commitment organisations are making to create cultures based on trust, fairness, respect and belonging.
