The annual Best Workplaces™ of Belgium Award Event
Every year in March, Great Place To Work Belgium hosts the Best Workplace Awards Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating organisations that have earned the trust of their people and demonstrated an outstanding workplace culture.
During the event, the highly anticipated Best Workplaces lists are revealed. To ensure a fair comparison between organisations of different sizes, companies are recognised across four categories: Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L) and Extra Large (XL). In each category, the Top 10 Best Workplaces are announced, spotlighting organisations that excel in creating a consistently positive employee experience.
The rankings are based on the Great Place To Work® methodology, with employee feedback playing a central role. This makes a place on the list more than an award. It is recognition earned through the everyday experiences of the people who work there.
Bringing together business leaders, HR professionals and culture champions from across the country, the gala is both a celebration and a source of inspiration. It showcases what's possible when organisations invest in trust, listen to their employees and create workplaces where people can thrive.
