Fednot is the professional association supporting Belgium’s notaries. It assists offices with legal expertise, practice management, IT tools, training, and public information. Fednot also offers guidance on complex legal matters and provides databases essential for drafting notarial deeds. The network includes 1,095 offices, 1,788 notaries, and 8,345 employees. Fednot also aims to be the driving force behind the profession's ongoing modernization, identifying the challenges ahead and taking the necessary steps to meet them.
