This Great Place To NetWork session helps you navigate that landscape with clarity and confidence. You’ll discover how to support people through change in a way that is human, structured, and aligned with your organisation’s goals.
In This Session, We’ll Dive Into:
- The human impact of uncertainty
How change influences emotions, behaviour, team dynamics, culture and ultimately performance — and what leaders can do to create a sense of stability. - Key stakeholders in a change journey
Who needs to be involved, why their role matters and how to bring them into the process meaningfully. - A practical model: The House of Change
An accessible framework to help recognise where people stand in a change process — and what they need from leaders to take the next step.
