On October 15, 2024 Great Place To Work® Belgium is hosting its Great Place To NetWork session, a session exclusively open to clients.
Get inspired by our speaker Prof Dr Koen Dewettinck and share experiences with other Great Workplaces in an interactive session, followed by the opportunity to network during lunch!
Building on academic insights and best practices, we will explore how organisations can adjust their approach on Pay, Purpose and Perspective to strengthen employee engagement.
In this session, we’ll evaluate the impact of performance related pay on employee engagement and performance. We’ll share concrete tips and inspiration to create a culture where employees feel valued and take pride in their contributions and we will prove you with the tools and techniques to enhance transparency, ensuring employees have a clear perspective of their future within the organisation.
On top, we will create an opportunity for you to share and learn from each other in an interactive workshop. Afterwards, we would like to reconnect with all of you during a walking lunch at our V-restaurant.
For this occasion, we invited Prof Dr Koen Dewettinck, professor of Human Resource Management and a partner at Vlerick Business School. Koen Dewettinck is the CEO of Great Place To Work® Belgium since 2024 and is an expert in helping organisations strengthen employee engagement and performance. For over 20 years, he has been advising organisations on employee performance, corporate culture and fostering a team environment.
