By organising this session, we want to offer our support during this unique and challenging period. Colleagues are concerned and fearful not only for their own and others’ wellbeing but also about their organisations’ ability to successfully navigate the pandemic. Now more than ever, people leaders have to act with compassion and integrity, creating an environment of trust where we abide by strong values and ethics to ensure minimum disruption and successful leadership.
What will be on the agenda?
• Short introduction by us, the Great Place to Work® team, explaining the adjustments that will be done on the survey the next cycle.
• An inspiring keynote by Prof. Dr. Katleen De Stobbeleir, Associate Professor in Leadership and Coaching at Vlerick Business School, to support you with any questions you might have regarding ‘Leadership in times of crisis’.
• Give you the opportunity to ask each other questions and share the current challenges you are faced with.
During this network session, we will explain how the Great Place to Work® For All™ Model works, but mostly we want to offer you our continuous support during these challenging times by inspiring our network and give the organisations we collaborate with the opportunity to learn from each other.
